"The Service Department has my gratitude for identifying and fixing a very complex issue that was causing my batteries to drain on a new Ram truck. The problem was intermittent and we couldn't always replicate it. The issue dragged on for two months at another dealer without resolution. We narrowed down what we thought was the cause and consulted with the Auffenberg service team. They went the extra step of consulting an external Ram technician who helped identify the cause and fix. Turns out there was a frayed wire near the parking brake causing the truck's computer to stay "awake" and drain the batteries. A new wiring harness resolved the issue. Thanks, Brock and the service team, for getting us fixed."
