Riding season is here, and the rebates are showing up right along with it. Polaris and Can-Am both have some strong offers this month, and honestly, it is a pretty good time to be looking.

Youth machines are always a fun topic around here.

There is just something about watching kids get excited over their first quad or side-by-side. The helmet comes on, the smile gets huge, and suddenly, they are ready to be just like mom, dad, grandpa, or whoever got them hooked on this stuff in the first place.

As we jump into a new month, we just want to take a second to say thank you.

One question our staff gets asked a lot is:

“What’s your favorite machine, and why?”

Honestly, it’s a pretty good question.

When someone here has a favorite, it usually tells you a lot about what stands out on that machine. The ride, the power, the feel, the sound, the way it is built, or just the way it looks sitting there ready to go.

So we asked Nick, our finance manager, and his answer was easy:

The Can-Am Maverick R.

For Nick, the Maverick R checks a lot of boxes right away. The looks are there. The horsepower is there. The sound is there. And the drivetrain is a big part of what makes it feel so different.

But what really sold him on it is the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. It gives the machine a completely different feel when you drive it, and it is one of those things you notice pretty quickly once you’re behind the wheel.

Some machines just have that “yeah, this one is different” feeling.

Nick says the Maverick R is one of them.
