And so it continues! I consulted AutoDoc and we agreed that the machine work would cost as much as a set of reman heads. They’re on the way!

One side down. Could be worse I guess.
This manifold is only a few years old. Driver side was cracked when I bought it.

What started as head gaskets now includes one broken exhaust manifold bolt, so far, and anything else that shows up during disassembly.
