“When my husband no longer needed the wheelchair, they celebrated him. They shook his hand. They congratulated him.” Cheers to Nicolas Arana and our team at Stamford Hospital for a glowing compliment received this week.
The customer writes: “Thank you to Nic’s team at the main building, Noel and the morning crew, and Mike at the Tully Center. These gentlemen consistently go far beyond parking cars.
They care for people.
My husband underwent treatment for a serious illness. Not once did we feel like strangers. The team learned our faces, learned our story, and even knew our license plate. When they saw me arrive without my husband, they would ask about him. When they saw him, they encouraged him and cheered his progress. When my husband was using a wheelchair, they stepped in without being asked, helping me lift and manage it. That kind of attentiveness meant more than I can put into words. It was one less burden during an already heavy time.
When my husband no longer needed the wheelchair, they celebrated him. They shook his hand. They congratulated him. To some that may seem like a small gesture. To us, it was a profound one. Whether at the Tully Center or the main hospital, the standard of service has been the same, warm, consistent, and deeply human.
Nic, Noel, the morning crew, and Mike represent the very best of what patient-centered service looks like. They don’t just take care of our cars. They take care of our spirits. Thank you, gentlemen. You made a difference.”
Thank you to Nicolas and the team for a job well done, and to this customer for perfectly putting our company’s core values into words. This is why we do what we do, to improve the patient experience.
