Each topic offers certification. Students will learn to repair fuel, electrical, cooling, brake, drivetrain, and suspension systems.

Students learn all aspects of repair, safety, and customer service while concentrating on these four areas of repair .Steering and Suspension, Electrical, Maintenance and light repair and Brakes. Instruction is also given in the adjustment and repair of individual components and systems such as radiators, transmission, and fuel injectors. students will have the opportunity to apply for job shadowing and internships with local automotive businesses through the Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) program

Thank all of you who took the time to respond to the survey request. I was blown away with your response. As times change, so has the direction of some of our offered electives. I know the importance of these classes first hand.... I came from one. Keeping the class ASE certified means everything.
Lets keep CTE strong in schools and " MOTORVATE" the next generation!!

NORTH STAFFORD AUTO TECH GRAD'S..... Can I ask a favor?
Its that time again when the Auto Tech Lab is up for its re certification and we would love to hear from you regarding your experience in the class. I have never been the one to want to bother my former students, but unfortunately YOUR feedback is very important and it would be so appreciated if you would take a few minutes to complete the attached survey.
I only ask for your honesty in this as that is what helps us grow as educators and programs.

Looking good Page County Auto Tech!!

Auto Tech II Students are "Tired" - Auto Tech II Students begin the Brakes phase of Auto Technology by studying tires. Did you know that your tires are part of braking? If you don't have good grip on the road, it won't matter how good your brakes are. Correct tire pressure is important for braking and handling as well. We offer Nitrogen Fills for $25 and the process takes about 20 minutes on most cars. Nitrogen gives reliable inflation for better fuel mileage, handling, and stopping performance. This guy!
Today my second and third level class had a guest speaker come and cheer on their effort and inspire them to " Keep Wrenching"!!
Tyler Johns was a 2020 Graduate from NSHS and the Auto Tech program. Tyler has gone on to become a very solid technician, a husband and Dad....where has time gone? Tyler is currently working at Ladysmith Tire and Automotive near Doswell ,Virginia and took his time to come say hello, Thank you and share his passion for the industry and the experiences he has had so far.
Thank you Tyler and " NORTH" is so proud of you !!!

The North Auto Lab is getting it done! First heart transplant of the year is underway.Second and third year students are combining forces to drop in this crate motor and give our customer a quality job.
Once again the ol' white bearded guy is not turning wrenches!! but the show must go on!!

Hello North Stafford Auto Techies! Mr. Wilson is still sippin his coffee, feeding his woodstove and staying warm.
