"Very responsible mechanic shop keeps you in the loop make sure you have updates very kind very responsible looks things over with computers that really work good and diagnose the problem instead of beating around the bush I've had problems with dealerships FNP Auto Service is one of the best that I've ever been to they diagnosed my problem with my Jeep and fixed it I had a electrical problem that could have cost me a lot of money and they saved me a lot of time and grief they made sure that I was kept knowing that my parts were ordered and when they were going to arrive they let me know frequently what was going on and I thought that was the way you should run a business the employees keep their notes if something else is wrong so that you know what else you can repair but they get to the real problem of it and fix what you need to have done I'm very appreciative to people who know what they're doing I am a welder and my responsibilities are to protect the company and make sure that things are done right I expect other people when they do their jobs to do them right and make sure that people are safe I could have gotten stuck out in the desert. Thanks to this company I feel a lot safer when I'm for buying or just driving down the road in general knowing that I'm not going to be stuck on the side of the road that's why I give them five stars it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and they got everything done right"

"I never take the time to write a review, but this needs to be said. I do a majority of my own repairs. After working on a 2006 4.0 Mustang to give to my grandson for his birthday, I needed to get it smogged. I saw online great reviews for FNP, so I went there. I immediately met the owner Francisco who told me that Google had it wrong, he didn't do smog checks. Yet he scanned (for free) the vehicle to make sure I had enough miles on it to pass smog. Then as I was leaving, he stopped me because he heard a "tick" coming from the engine compartment. He not only took the time to check it out, he told me where he thought it was coming from and how to address it. In today's world where most mechanics are trying to "up sale" you. It was totally refreshing to meet someone like Francisco. Again, I do most of my own repairs. But if I come across a situation I'm unfamiliar with, I know where I'll be going. To the man who immediately made me feel like a friend, not a dollar sign. Thanks again Francisco"
