Yesterday's solar eclipse reminded us of the rare and extraordinary. Just like the Ghost Ekleipsis, a Private Collection motor car commissioned for our esteemed client – one of only 25 in existence. Both phenomena are fleeting, yet leave an everlasting impression.
The Black Badge Ghost Ékleipsis Private Collection immortalizes this brief spectacle, defying the boundaries of space and time for a cohort of audacious individuals.
The collection is commissioned exclusively through the Rolls-Royce Private Office — an inspirational space for owners and Bespoke experts to converse, collaborate, and create together.
Upon closing the doors and starting the engine of the Ghost Ekleipsis, the stars in the Starlight Headliner simultaneously darken and a gleaming circle of fibre-optic lights appear, representing the totality of a solar eclipse and the bright ring that surrounds the lunar silhouette.
The celestial scene lasts for precisely seven minutes and 31 seconds — the longest possible duration of a total solar eclipse. Once this time has lapsed, the headliner’s full constellation of stars is restored.
