We got a call from a good customer asking for help lifting a partially loaded dump body that had fell off there truck.

Not a problem for our professional operators.

Yesterday we received a call from our sister company needing help loading a Crusher onto a lowboy.

This crusher had a estimated weight of 70000 to 80000 pounds.

We sent two 50 ton Rotators to get the job done.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering all phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, being helpful to the general public while assisting with any questions or concerns.

The role of a dispatcher is to answer phone calls and capture all pertinent information to the job being requested. It is mandatory that applicants for this position have a firm grasp of Frederick County and Northern Virginia as it pertains to a mapping system. Having the ability to think quickly and multi-task is crucial.

Yesterday we were called by a good customer having a swim spa delivered to there home. Unfortunately the delivery truck couldn't make it up there drive way and the spa needed unloaded and reloaded onto one of our smaller flatbeds. We worked together with our sister company Minnick’s Towing & Recovery to help with the loading and delivery of the spa.

This past weekend we had the opportunity to train with our sister company.

This class consisted of Heavy Duty Recovery and Rotator training.

All of our operators are constantly training to further better themselves and to be ready to help our community if and when a mass casualty incident occurs.

We were contacted by a local company stating that they had a 50000 pound drill rig laying on its side. They requested 2 rotators and a safety supervisor to the scene. Upon arrival we found that a drill rig had laid on its side with the Mast in the air. This rig was laying with the mast facing down a steep embankment.

After site surveys and lifting plans was put into action our two certified 8-9 Rotator operators got to work and executed a successful recovery with no further damage to the rig.
