October brought creative events, resident connections, and plenty of Halloween spirit across our communities!

We kicked off the month by celebrating our Insider’s Club members at BlueStone Lofts, Boulder Ridge, Summit Ridge, and Campus Park with pizza parties and prize pick-up events. These residents were the first to sign their new leases, and we loved recognizing them for being part of our community! 🍕🎉

Residents at BlueStone Lofts, Boulder Ridge, Summit Ridge, and Campus Park got creative with cake painting while enjoying Halloween movies, making for a fun-filled fall evening of treats and entertainment 🎨🎂👻

At BlueStone Flats, residents enjoyed a Taste of Fall event featuring seasonal treats, festive fun, and a door decorating contest that brought plenty of creativity to the community 🍁🍎🚪

Creativity continued with our DIY Trucker Hat & Pennant Bar events, where residents designed their own custom pieces and connected with neighbors along the way 🧢✨

Our teams embraced the Halloween spirit with a company-wide costume contest, showcasing some incredible costumes, creativity, and team camaraderie throughout our offices 🕷️🎭

To wrap up the month, residents at Vue at BlueStone celebrated Halloween with a costume party full of festive fun, community spirit, and memorable costumes 🎃🦇

As the Park Managers at Hastings Terrace, Kaitie and Dusty have spent more than a decade creating a welcoming, well-maintained community for residents. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to resident satisfaction have made a lasting impact on the community they serve.

⭐ 𝗞𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗵 – Celebrating 𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 with Summit! As our Chief Financial Officer, Kelly plays a vital role in guiding Summit's financial success. Her leadership, expertise, and strategic vision help support our teams, communities, and continued growth.

⭐ 𝗞𝗶𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗶𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁 – Celebrating 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 with Summit! As Company Trainer, Kim helps set our teams up for success by onboarding and training employees, improving processes, and developing new ways to keep operations running smoothly. Her passion for helping others learn and grow makes a difference across the entire organization.

⭐ 𝗗𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘇 – Celebrating 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 with Summit! As Property Manager for our St. Cloud and St. Joseph communities, Dan works hard to provide exceptional service to residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of his properties. We're grateful for the positive impact he's made during his first year with Summit.

Take a look around 𝘛𝘪𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘙𝘪𝘥𝘨𝘦, on of our communities located in Forest Lake, Minnesota! 🌲

Timber Ridge is made up of three buildings that were completed in two phases. The first building opened in 2016, followed by two additional buildings in 2023, expanding the community while maintaining its nature-filled setting.

One of the unique features of Timber Ridge is the nature trail that winds through the community. The trail includes a boardwalk through the wetlands that connects the two phases, giving residents a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the surrounding scenery. 🌿

Throughout the community, residents can also enjoy fitness centers, pet spas, a massage chair room, community room, and outdoor patios featuring grills, fire pits, and heaters. Timber Ridge is also pet friendly, making it a community designed with both residents and their four-legged companions in mind! 🐾

From its walking trails and wetland views to its indoor and outdoor community spaces, Timber Ridge brings together comfortable apartment living and the natural beauty of Forest Lake. 🏡✨

We celebrated the end of summer with resident BBQs from Forest Lake to Duluth, bringing neighbors together for good food and even better company 🍔🌭

We hosted our second annual Leadership Conference in Stillwater, giving leaders across our company the opportunity to build new skills, strengthen connections, and continue growing together ✨💪

Our residents at BlueStone Flats enjoyed a fun-filled game of Bingo, complete with plenty of excitement and some great prizes! 🎉

Arbor West held its first resident event with a Grab & Go Bagel Bar! It was the perfect opportunity for residents to meet their new neighbors, and connect with our leasing team 🥯 ☕️

Our residents at Vue at BlueStone got A Taste Of Fall, enjoying a caramel apple bar, apple c***r & more fall fun to kick off the new season!🍁🍎

Lastly, we attended Lake Superior College’s Student Success Day, where we met with students and shared information about our community and their housing options for next year! 🎓🏡

Jaime Scheerz is the President of Summit Management, a role she stepped into almost 2 years ago and has truly excelled in ever since. With many years of experience in property management, Jaime brings extensive industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a people-first approach to everything she does✨

As President, Jaime oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with our leaders and managers to ensure our communities, teams, and residents are supported. Her dedication, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence help keep Summit Management running smoothly while continuing to move the company forward.

Outside of work, Jaime is a proud mother to her son and a devoted grandmother to her two grandchildren. She also loves to go 4-wheeling and eat sushi!🍱

Jaime's leadership, experience, and passion for our people make her an invaluable part of Summit Management. We're grateful for everything she does and proud to have her leading our team into the future! 💙

𝘼𝙪𝙜𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙝 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙩 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩! 🌟

One of our favorite highlights was celebrating National Night Out with residents across our mobile home communities! It was a wonderful opportunity to bring neighbors together, build connections, and create lasting memories. 🎉🏘️

August also marked move-in season at our student housing communities. We loved welcoming both new and returning residents and helping them settle into their homes for another successful school year📚🏡

We held our Ground Breaking celebration at The Villas at Sand Lake Resort, bringing us one step closer to making this luxury resort community a reality. Stay tuned as construction progresses! 👷✨

Our team also enjoyed connecting with students at Bulldog Bash at the University of Minnesota Duluth. It was great to meet so many future residents and share what our communities have to offer. 🐾💛

And of course, we wrapped up the summer with resident BBQ events, bringing everyone together for delicious food, fun, and community connection. 🌭☀️
