Camping Tip Tuesday. Looking for a fun and colorful way to enjoy fresh fruit? These easy fruit kabobs are perfect for kids and adults alike! Just grab your favorite fruits, slice them evenly, and have fun creating your own rainbow pattern. It’s a great hands on activity to get the kids involved they can make their own fruit combos and designs!

Ingredients
• 1 small watermelon
• 1 small cantaloupe and/or honeydew melon
• 3 oranges
• 3 kiwi
• 2 bananas
• 1 pint strawberries
• Bamboo skewers

Instructions
Use a melon baller to scoop the watermelon (or slice and cut with cookie cutters for fun shapes).
Peel oranges, bananas, and kiwis. Remove strawberry stems. Slice all fruits into about ½-inch pieces.
Skewer the fruits onto bamboo sticks in a rainbow or any pattern you love!
Bright, refreshing, and fun to make these fruit kabobs are perfect for parties, picnics, or a healthy afternoon snack!

Camping Tip Tuesday! 🏕️ We know cooking while camping can be tricky especially when you’ve got hungry campers waiting! This make-ahead Mac & Cheese recipe is so easy, creamy, and cheesy that it’s guaranteed to be a hit with everyone at the campsite.

The Easiest Campfire Mac & Cheese 🍲
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
• 8 oz Alfredo sauce (about half a jar)
• ½ cup sharp cheddar
• ½ cup Parmesan
• ¼ cup mozzarella
• ¼–½ cup half & half or whole milk
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Cook and drain pasta. Stir in Alfredo sauce, cheeses, milk, and seasoning.
2. Divide into mini aluminum pie tins (or one large one) and cover with foil.
3. Store in a cooler until ready to cook.
4. Place tins over hot campfire coals for 8–10 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Whether you’re feeding the kids or your adult camping crew, this cheesy favorite is always a crowd pleaser and it just might make you the hero of the campsite!
