This Tesla Model 3 came to us with significant front-end collision damage 👀

The front headlamp was broken, the fender was pushed out of alignment, the bumper had deep scratches and paint transfer, and the hood had a noticeable crease from the impact.

Once the insurance company approved the repair estimate, we began the teardown process and removed all damaged components to prepare for repairs.

Do you hear creaking from the front suspension of your Tesla? ⚠️

This Tesla Model 3 came in with a loud creaking noise, and we quickly found the problem: severely torn control arm bushings.

These bushings were separating and close to failure, creating noise and raising serious safety concerns.

To restore the suspension, we replaced:
✔️ Upper control arms
✔️ Lower control arms
✔️ Lower compliance links

A total of 6 suspension arms were replaced, eliminating the noise and making the vehicle safe to drive again.

⚠️ Severe collision damage shown.

This Tesla Model Y was involved in a major accident and was unfortunately deemed a total loss.

The vehicle suffered severe body damage, frame damage, suspension damage, and airbag deployment. We dispatched our tow truck and safely transported the Tesla to our facility.

Tesla Model 3 came in with a cracked roof glass 👀

Unfortunately, this damage couldn’t be repaired and required a full fixed roof glass replacement.

We carefully removed the damaged glass, cleaned off the old urethane, applied primer, and installed a replacement roof panel following Tesla repair procedures 🔧⚡️

The client opted for a used OEM roof glass to help save on costs without compromising quality.

Have you guys ever seen a Tesla Model Y liftgate delivered in a box? 👀📦

This thing is almost the size of the entire car.

Our client was rear-ended and needed a brand new liftgate, so we ordered a new OEM one straight from Tesla. It comes primed from the dealership, and now we’re prepping it for paint, clearcoat, and blending both quarter panels for a perfect color match 🔥

We’re also taking care of some additional unrelated damage for the client while the car is here.

Not every shop is honest. Do your research, read reviews, and talk to the shop before leaving your car with them.

Tesla Model Y with a damaged rocker panel 👀

This customer hit a curb, which caused damage to the:
✔️ Front bumper
✔️ Fender
✔️ Rocker panel
✔️ Quarter panel

Since this was an out-of-pocket repair, the client wanted an affordable solution without compromising quality.

We repaired all damaged areas and perfectly color-matched the original Tesla paint using PPG paint — the same paint brand used for Tesla factory finishes 🔥
