After the team surprised Ryan with enough peas to last a lifetime for his birthday, he was served a special plate of peas at a production lunch meeting at The Point here in Sweet Home.

A huge shoutout to Mike and the team at The Point for joining in on the fun. At this point, we're starting to think the peas may never stop.

Good food, good people, and a team that’s earned it. 🌭👏

Last week, our leadership team fired up the grill and served lunch for the crew as a small way of saying thank you for all the hard work they put in every day.

From hot dogs and potato salad to a suspicious attempt to get Ryan to eat pea salad, there were plenty of laughs to go around.

We’re proud of the team we have here at RSH. Moments like these are a reminder that great products are built by great people, and it’s important to take time to celebrate them.
