This week's shoutout goes to Jesse, our amazing Assembly Specialists.

A couple of weeks ago, Jesse hit record-breaking production numbers assembling our bolt-together units. Last week brought a different challenge, with larger and more complex builds, including two-core and four-core units. No matter what's in front of him, Jesse continues to put in the work and get the job done right.

His consistency, attention to detail, and dedication help keep production moving and our quality standards high.

Every now and then, it's nice to go back to your roots.

When a local farmer needed help with an older cooling system, Ryan stepped in to lend a hand. While repairing radiators isn't something we do very often anymore, it's a craft that helped build the foundation of Radiator Supply House.

Long before RSH became what it is today, Ryan and his brother, Will, learned the trade alongside their dad. Being able to put those skills to work for someone in our local community was a reminder that some things never change.

Taking care of people has always been part of who we are.
