You know it's awesome after a long day.. finding out that your shop just beat out 52 other shops in Carroll county to be nominated best in the county.. I didn't even know this contest was going on. Thank you to everyone that voted and nominated us for this award it's an honor to win it by serving the community. Everyone at Joe's appreciates this wonderful surprise. As long as I'll be doing this I'll always have the communities back.. remember folks... Got to go to Joe's......

I know a lot of people think that we are the best shop in town.. I thought I'd share what makes us the best in my opinion. We are a Napa certified partner which means all of our repairs are covered for 3 years across the country with huge support from Napa corporate. We're also a gold dealer for Continental tires and General tire... they make some of the best tires on the market today and we're proud to be their partner. We have a state-of-the-art facility with state-of-the-art equipment with over a half a million dollars invested in tools alone. We have three 45 year Master mechanics on duty at all times.. That would be hard to find in any shop around here. We have a phenomenal detail shop and have made many cars in eldersburg look brand new again. But I think the biggest thing that sets us apart is the fact that all of my employees are very ethical and moral people that don't try to take advantage of our customers.. We fixed the cars that so many other shops around here can't and are sent to us. We don't write ridiculous estimates on your car. I like to call that the Christmas wish list, but what we do is get lists from many other shops in the area for unnecessary repairs and w**d out the ridiculousness. We all work for a living and we understand that you do too. We all have families and things get tight so we're not in the habit of writing up unnecessary repairs. All of my employees are paid a very handsome salary so they don't have to steal from people to make a living. Most shops pay their employees by upsell and flat rate that's not what we're about. We have a huge clientele and I thank the community for that... Okay I'm going to climb down for my soap box now ...I'm very proud of the work that we do and I just wanted to brag on it... I'll leave you with this one thing... Got to go to Joe's.....

Tomorrow is the big day still time to donate...
