One of the questions we hear regularly:

“Why are you putting the tint on the outside of the window?” 🤔

Here’s the secret. Before window film ever goes inside your vehicle, it has to be heat shrunk on the outside of the glass.

Using controlled heat, the film is carefully shaped to match the natural curves of your rear window. Once it’s perfectly formed, it’s transferred to the inside for the final installation. That’s how you get a clean fit without fingers, creases, or unnecessary stress on the film.

It’s one of those steps most people never see… but it’s one of the most important.

They call it the TrailSport for a reason. So why not make it look the part?

This Passport already came from Honda with orange recovery hooks, orange stitching, and TrailSport badging throughout the interior. We simply carried that design language one step further.

🟠 Brake calipers refinished in matching TrailSport orange.
🟠 Wheels removed for proper preparation and paint.
🟠 Suspension and wheel wells cleaned while everything was apart.
🟠 Factory-style finish that looks like it could’ve rolled off the assembly line this way.

One thing you’ll notice in these photos is the masking. Good paint isn’t just about the final color. It’s about protecting everything around it. Hours are spent cleaning, masking, spraying, curing, and reassembling so the only thing people notice is how natural it looks.

Most people think of leather protection after a spill. Athletes should think about it long before one.

This Honda Passport TrailSport is receiving a complete protection package, including a professional leather coating on the seating surfaces.

⚠️ Factory Matte/Satin Paint Is Different. Treat It Different. ⚠️

This Aston Martin isn’t wrapped.

It isn’t satin PPF.

It isn’t a matte vinyl conversion.

This is factory matte/satin paint, and that means the rules change.

The biggest mistake owners make? Treating matte paint like traditional gloss paint.

❌ No polishing
❌ No compounding
❌ No paint correction
❌ No chasing swirl marks

Once the finish is altered, the matte effect can become permanently uneven or shiny. Unlike gloss paint, you can’t simply polish defects away later.

That’s why protection becomes so important.

Other than investing in paint protection film, one of the best things you can do is apply a quality ceramic coating designed for matte finishes.

Black Wheels Look Incredible… Until They Don’t. 👀

A few weeks ago we refinished these wheels. This morning we returned to add our Wheel Face Coating package to help keep them looking their best.

A wheel coating won’t stop curb rash.
A wheel coating won’t prevent someone from introducing your wheel to a concrete parking block.

The real win isn’t cleaning four vehicles this morning.

It’s earning enough trust that one client tells their neighbor, and then that neighbor becomes a client too.

7:00 AM start.
Two vehicles at the first home.
9:00 AM appointment next door.

Instead of driving across town, I simply picked up my buckets and walked to the next driveway.

Two weeks ago we announced a major system update.

Today, I wanted to give everyone a quick behind-the-scenes update.

After bringing the system back online, we were handed a 10-phase recommendation list focused on improving the client experience from start to finish.

Since then, we’ve been spending our evenings working through that list one step at a time.

What’s been interesting is seeing how many of those recommendations mirror feedback we’ve received directly from clients. If you’ve ever reached out with thoughts on the booking process, there’s a good chance your voice helped shape some of these changes.

We’re currently working through Phase 2 of 10, which should tell you just how extensive this update really is.

Over the next week or so, we’ll begin releasing a full walkthrough of the client experience using a mock account so everyone can see exactly how booking, approvals, invoices, and communication work on your side.

Big Update

SMS communication improvements should also be completed around that time for both existing clients and new clients.

When I say this update was big…

I mean HUGE. 😆

Until then, our text line remains fully operational.
