We put this Lincoln LS up on the lift for a brake inspection and suspension check… and it had a LOT going on. A sway bar link rotted out and fell off, the tie rod boots are completely gone, a caliper is leaking brake fluid, and the pads are worn low. 🔧

Every part gets photographed and documented, and the photos go to the customer, so you always see what we see before any work is done.

This Infiniti QX80 came in for an air suspension delete kit, but when Simon got underneath, the rear control arms were rotted right through. 😬 There are holes you can see daylight through. That's not safe to be driving on.

We always inspect before we install, and we'll tell you what we find, even when it isn't what you came in for. 🔍

Where would YOU look for the fuel pump on this Lexus? 🤔

We put a pressure gauge on it and watched the low-pressure fuel pump drop out, to about 30 psi from where it should be.

The fix? The interior comes apart. Rob's pulling both rear seats and the carpet to get to the pump that sits right underneath 🔧

This 2012 Hyundai Tucson came in for a check-over and noisy rear brakes. The rear pads were down to metal on metal, the calipers were stuck, and the rotors were rusted over. During our inspection we also found a dirty cabin and air filter, a ripped rear wiper, cracked serpentine belts, a burnt-out plate light bulb and an exhaust shield hanging down.

Check engine light + code P0300: EVERY cylinder misfiring on this Mitsubishi Outlander 😳

Fuel trims were running high. We sprayed MAPP gas around the intake and the trims dropped to −25 / −26… that's a vacuum leak 💨

Mike's got the smoke machine hooked up to find out if it's the upper or lower intake. Fix the leak first, then retest.

Another shop worked on this 2012 Subaru Outback for a misfire… and it was STILL misfiring 🤔

Cylinders 1 and 3 were misfiring heavily. We pulled the coil packs and found the two spark plugs on that side were the WRONG plugs.

Put the correct plugs in for testing, and the misfire was GONE ✅ Subarus are finicky, so factory parts matter.

This GMC Sierra came in for a fuel leak… then we noticed the rear shock bouncing around 😳

The rear crossmember that holds the shock mount AND the spare tire carrier had completely rotted off. New England rust strikes again.

Jordan's got it all cut out, and we're welding in two brand-new crossmembers plus an upper mount 🔥
