ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:

Since we see our customers as an extension of our own families, we wanted to announce Interstate Auto Repair will soon be moving locations. This was an unplanned move where our landlord was less than honest with us and the new owners flat out lied to us. It left us in a very compromised position having to vacate our shop location of 10 years within 3 months!! We had an option to stay at 4x the rent and simply could not make it all make sense. We are proud however to let all of you know we will be MOVING TO A LARGER FACILITY WITHIN 1 MILE and continue to give each of our customers the guarantee to always look out for you guys as well as our entire staff. We ask that you please be patient as we will transition this summer from our current location to the new shop, while trying not to interrupt any of our work loads to the best of our ability. We truly thank you for all of your support and understanding and will do our absolute best to continue maintaining your vehicles and keeping you close to us as this is after all what family does… Thank you, from the entire staff at Interstate Auto Repair

Poised at the light, legs slightly shaking, palms sweating, he knew this was his defining moment! He’d practiced for years on his race car game simulator and knew that it was his time!! His foot gently pressing the accelerator!!! Eyes sharpened like a hawk to its prey!!! The street challenging his every move!!! This defining moment would be his most glorious race to date!!! Like Ford vs Ferrari he just knew the victory was his!!! THEN WHAM!!!! Out of nowhere a curb jumped into his field of dreams!!! The podium finish he so desperately wanted came crashing down, along with two rotors, tie rods, struts, spindle and an unwavering reality that speed on the streets is a whole lot different than a game simulator!!! But worry not, his race crew at Interstate Auto Repair stood by his side reassembling that screaming demon of a Mazda!! Be careful folks concrete is solid as they come…

TECH TIP WEDNESDAY…

One of the most costly mistakes you can make is putting DEF fluid in your fuel tank of your diesel! At best it can cost a few thousand to remove and clean tank and pay the disposal fees. At worst, if you start and run the vehicle after it can Literally turn into 15-20k engine and fuel system replacement. ALWAYS pay attention when adding DEF or even fuel making sure you don’t add gasoline by mistake. Either way, if you do,under no circumstance should you run your vehicle. Rather have it towed immediately to a reputable shop or dealer
