🥚👻 EGG-O-WEEN HAS A PROBLEM! 🎃😂

Our spooky little eggs have gone missing,
And we're starting to think some folks aren't listening! 👀

We started with eggs for everyone to find,
But now only TEN are left behind! 😱

We'd love to hide more & keep up the fun,
But some of y'all are hoarding them, EVERY. SINGLE. ONE! 😂

So check your pockets, your campers & beds,
Those eggs aren't meant to be stockpiled in sheds! 🥚

Bring them back to the Welcome Center today,
Trade them for candy or a prize & be on your way! 🍬🎁

We'll hide them again for the next lucky crew,
Because Egg-O-Ween is for EVERYONE, not just YOU! 🤣

🎃 Don't be an egg hog, spread the cheer!
We've still got more spooky fun happening here!

Love,
Your slightly egg-zasperated Mobile Oaks Crew! 🥚😂💚

🎃👻 MOBILE OAKS HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR! 👻🎃

🦇 Saturday, October 31st! 🦇

Calling all ghosts, goblins, witches, superheroes & everything in between! 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️🦸‍♀️

We're brewing up a SPOOK-TACULAR DAY at Mobile Oaks RV Resort, & we want EVERYONE to join the fun! Whether you're young, old, spooky, silly or just showing up for the food, there's something for everyone! 🧡💜💚

🍲🕸️ 2:00 PM | MONSTER MASH POTLUCK BASH! 🕸️🍲

Let's kick off our Halloween festivities with some frighteningly delicious food & fabulous neighbors!

🧟 Bring your favorite spooky dish, creepy casserole, haunted dessert or whatever delicious creation you want to share! It doesn't actually have to be spooky, but bonus points if it is! 😂

👇 COMMENT BELOW WHAT YOU'RE BRINGING! That way we can make sure we don't end up with 27 desserts & one bag of chips! Although, let's be real, that wouldn't be the worst thing! 🤣

🍬🎃 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | TRICKS, TREATS & SPOOKY SWEETS! 🎃🍬

NEW THIS YEAR! We're bringing all the trick-or-treating fun together in the POOL PARKING LOT!

🍭 Want to hand out candy? Bring your candy, grab a spot at the pool parking lot & help us fill those little buckets!

🍫 Can't make it but still want to participate? Drop your candy off at the Welcome Center before the event, & we'll happily hand it out for you!

👻 Have little ghosts & goblins ready to collect candy? Bring them on down!

🚨 IMPORTANT FOR OUR LITTLE MONSTERS: All children must be accompanied by an adult. Kids are welcome to trick-or-treat together in groups with **at least ONE responsible adult supervising the group**. No little monsters roaming the haunted grounds alone! 👀

🎭💀 6:30 PM | BOOS, BREWS & COSTUME CREW! 💀🎭

📍 At the Pool (Weather Permitting)

It's time to show off those costumes, enjoy some laughs & celebrate Halloween with our Mobile Oaks family!

🧙 Come dressed as a witch!
🦸 Come dressed as a superhero!
🧟 Come dressed as a zombie!
👕 Or just come dressed as YOURSELF!

Costumes are completely OPTIONAL! We don't care if you're dressed to impress or rocking your everyday clothes. We just want YOU there! 💚

🌧️ If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll move the costume party inside to the Clubhouse!

🥚👻 DON'T FORGET OUR EGG-O-WEEN HUNT! 👻🥚

Our EGG-O-WEEN fun continues through October 31st!

Keep your eyes peeled for hidden Halloween eggs throughout Mobile Oaks! 🥚🔍

🎃 Find the eggs!
👻 Collect them!
🍬 Turn them in at the Welcome Center for CANDY!

Remember, no hunting in guest lots, around the pool or near the lake. Let's keep our spooky adventures safe for everyone!

🧡💜💚 IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A LITTLE MONSTER! 💚💜🧡

And we happen to think we've got a pretty amazing village right here at Mobile Oaks! 🏡

So grab your family, bring your neighbors, invite your Mobile Oaks friends & come make some memories with us!

We don't need perfect costumes, fancy food or elaborate decorations. We just need our community together, laughing, sharing & enjoying each other!

🎃 SEE YOU OCTOBER 31ST, IF YOU DARE! 👻🦇

🏡💚A LITTLE LOVE GOES A LONG WAY AT MOBILE OAKS!💚🏡

We absolutely love our Mobile Oaks community! Whether you're here for a weekend, a season or you've made Mobile Oaks your permanent home, we're so happy you're part of our little corner of the world! 🌳🦆🐢

We just wanted to share a few friendly reminders to help keep our community safe, beautiful and enjoyable for everyone!

🚗 Slow Your Roll! Our speed limit is just 5 MPH throughout the resort. We've got little ones playing, neighbors walking, pets exploring and even a few feathered friends who think they own the roads! 🦆

🗑️ Let's Keep Mobile Oaks Beautiful! Our amazing crew would much rather spend their time making our resort prettier than chasing down runaway Lunchable containers! 😂

🚙 Parking Etiquette! Please be considerate of your neighbors and don't park in their space without permission.

🎫 Don't Forget Those Passes! Please keep your parking or guest pass visible from your rearview mirror. Visitors, vendors, service technicians should stop by the Welcome Center to check in during office hours. It helps us keep our community safe and know who's visiting!

🌷 Show Your Site Some Love! Think of us as a neighborhood with an HOA, just with wheels and a whole lot more personality! 😉 Keep your outdoor space tidy, clutter-free and looking nice. We all enjoy a beautiful view, including the view of our neighbors' sites!

🚮 A Little Dumpster Reminder! Our dumpsters are for everyday household trash only.

🌙 Sweet Dreams, Mobile Oaks! Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. We love a good gathering, music and laughter, but let's remember that some of our neighbors are early birds who need their beauty sleep! 😴 Please keep the noise down during those hours.

💚 And Finally, THANK YOU!

We know most of our residents and guests already do an amazing job taking care of their spaces and being considerate of others, and we truly appreciate it!

Our little team works hard every day to make Mobile Oaks a place you're proud to call home. When everyone pitches in just a little, it gives us more time to focus on improvements, beautification and all the things that make our resort special!

After all, Mobile Oaks isn't just a place to park your RV. For so many of us, IT'S HOME!🏡

Thanks for being part of what makes our community so special!

🚐💦 **RV OWNERS! HOW CLEAN ARE YOUR HOLDING TANKS?** 💦🚐

We recently had Matthew & Sierra Tanner with Kleen Tank RV Tank Cleaning Service clean our RV tanks & WOW! 😳

Our RV is a 2024 model, but they still found:

💧 Mold in our gray tank!

🚽 A LOT of sludge in our black tank!

🍽️ Tons of gunk & buildup in our kitchen gray tank!

And we thought our tanks were pretty clean! 🤦‍♀️

Not only did they do an AMAZING job cleaning them, but they also shared valuable advice on proper tank maintenance & better alternatives to the chemical tablets we'd been using!

⭐ Highly Professional! Highly Knowledgeable! Highly Effective!⭐

Bringing the family along? There’s room for them to enjoy the stay, too. 🏀 From shooting hoops by the pond to fishing and spending time outside, there’s plenty to do without leaving the resort.

🐾👑 King Oliver is enjoying this beautiful day & cruising around Mobile Oaks in style! Sunshine, fresh air & his very own chauffeur. That’s the royal treatment! 🚲☀️

Why pedal when you can sit back, relax & enjoy the ride? 😂💚
