This week seemed to be fuel cell week.
Several Superior Fuel Cells went in!

22 gallon square and a 26 gallon wedge.

The 22 gallon fuel cell with new mount went in Vic Tranckino Lakeside Speedway e mod with a new fuel filter and all new -10 fuel line.

Then mounted a 17 gallon Fuel Safe in a Devilbiss stock car that we are putting together.

DMI EZ tube axle replacement and the 26 gallon Superior cell were for Michael Taylor as he gets his car back together.

New Door, quarter and breakaway on Kenny Green late model. We also stuck a new wrap on it to complete the project.

Hope everyone has a Happy 4th of July. Celebrating America's 250th birthday!

God Bless America!

Here is some pics of the stuff we did. Cant thank everyone for choosing Asylum to order and/or install these great products. If anyone is needing something ordered or replace we can get it for you just let me know!

Finishing jigging up a DMI Bulldog EZ tube quickchange. Had to put new axle tubes on both sides. Makes it easy and no mess.
Just have to drill the brake caliper clamps on both sides and she is ready to go.

We had Vic Tranckino's race car back in the shop this week. After seeing, helping at Lakeside Speedway last Friday we noticed some more things that could make the car better. We changed several more things. So, as long as the fuel issue is fixed, Vic should be pretty sporty tonight.
We will see how tonight goes.

Thanks to Lisa Burlington for the photo.

Went to Lakeside Speedway tonight with Vic Tranckino.
Went forward 3 spots from dead last in the heat race. Started 3rd row outside in the A- feature and finished 5th.

Fought fuel pressure issue all night. Changed fuel filter and cleaned metering block before feature. Looks like a weakening fuel pump or push rod.

Learned a few things to work on this week. So, we will keep working on making the car better.
Overall not bad. Could of been better than 5th.
Especially, if we were getting more fuel pressure than 4 1/2 #'s.

Vic Tranckino brought us his car this week for some TLC.
We installed a valance bar and made a new nose and MD3 valance.
Went completely through the set up on it and found some things that should make this car a lot better.
We will see this evening at Lakeside Speedway.
I will be going out there to help fine tune it.

Built several new bumpers and a valance bar.
Have some set up work to do on Kenny Green late model. Have to change out axle tubes and jig a DMI EZ tube quickchange. Working on a modified project that I can't wait to show when it is done. Also have a stock car dash, interior, rear speaker deck project coming in Monday.

Hopefully we will all get to do some racing this weekend!

A little brake line Friday before heading to the races tonight.

Thank you to Superior Fuel Cells for their great product and customer service!

We have been a dealer and used them in all our modified chassis' since 2015.
They are easy to mount in the chassis, have consistent build quality and best of all made in the good ol' U.S. of A. They have different sizes and other options available.
