Today we celebrate Sabrinna’s 15 Year Workiversary at Empower Automotive! FIFTEEN years of loyalty, growth, grit, creativity, and heart.
Besides me, she is our longest-standing team member — which means she has seen everything. The hard seasons, the growing pains, the changes, the wins, the chaos, the evolution from where we started to where we are today.
She has worn more hats than we can probably count:
marketing, client communication, operations support, hospitality, culture-building, content creation, problem-solving… and somehow still manages to keep the heartbeat of who we are front and center.
-Sabrinna truly understands something that can’t always be taught: this business is about people first.

Cars matter. Process matters. Numbers matter.

But hospitality, connection, trust, and making people feel cared for — that’s the real foundation of Empower Automotive, and she has helped shape that for 15 years.

A huge amount of the voice, personality, and marketing presence people see from Empower Automotive exists because of her creativity and consistency behind the scenes. Fifteen years is rare. Fifteen years with continued passion and belief in the mission is even rarer.
