Position is for delivering trailer parts in Tucson and surrounding area using our 3/4 ton pickup. Must be able to lift and carry large, heavy parts. Position requires managing time and paperwork appropriately. Position requires good listening and comprehension and ability to follow directions. Must be able to work well with a team and be able to manage time well while making deliveries. We are a stable company in the essential transportation industry. Trailer mechanics needed. Day-to-day requirements: perform brake work including air valves and plumbing, lighting and electrical work, ABS installations, diagnostics and repairs, welding, fifth wheel repairs, swing-door and roll-up-door repairs, flooring repairs and body and panel work.

Experience with above skills are preferred. Must have a good attitude, be able to complete tasks in a timely manner, and be able to work in a team setting.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Inside Parts Salesperson. Candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and selling parts for semi-trailers.

Knowledge on axle, brake and suspension systems, body and door components, lighting and electrical equipment, air brake systems and cargo control a plus.

High school or equivalent education.

3+ years experience in parts sales, retail sales or customer relationships. Regular attendance is required. Must be able to read and write English. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical. Must be authorized to work in the USA. Mechanical aptitude preferred. Clean driving record and background check.

Hourly wage is based on experience and skill level. Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance available. Paid vacation, 7 paid holidays and sick day accrual. Monday through Friday, no weekends. 401(k) available with employer contribution.

Requires minimum of 8 hours standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, sitting, pushing and pulling with a full range of body mechanics/ movements. Regularly required to lift and carry items ranging up to 55 pounds and occasionally required to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds. Must be able to work in an environment requiring use of a ladder.

Utility breaks all-time record for total trailer production.
