Sometimes a special occasion is the perfect reason to bring a vehicle back to showroom condition.

This week's Customer Spotlight is Laura. As one of our longtime customers, she's been trusting JAG's Auto Detail with her vehicles for years, and we're always grateful for the opportunity to serve her.

With a big event coming up, Laura brought her KIA Telluride into the shop and wanted it looking its absolute best. To make sure it was ready for the occasion, we performed our JAG's Package along with a Two-Step Polish.

One correction session brought this commuter sedan back to life

Why your car looks dull after every rainy season

Those fine circular scratches clouding your paint? They're called swirl marks — and they're not just cosmetic. They form when grit, road film, and debris get dragged across your clear coat, usually during washing or just from daily contact. Here in Tukwila, our long wet winters keep a constant layer of fine particles on every surface, and every wipe-down without a proper rinse grinds them in a little deeper. Sometimes seeing the results in person changes everything.

This week’s Customer Spotlight is Dan. He had no intention of getting his vehicle detailed. He simply stopped by JAG’s Auto Detail to drop someone off so they could pick up their vehicle after their appointment.

While he was here, though, the results of our JAG’s Package caught his attention immediately. The deep shine in the paint, smooth exterior finish, restored trim, and clean black tires stood out enough to make him take a closer look.

Before leaving, Dan ended up booking an appointment for his own vehicle on the spot.

Some vehicles start out as something you plan to sell — until you see them the right way again.

This week’s Customer Spotlight is Dave. He and his wife originally brought in their 2011 BMW 328i while preparing to put it up for sale. After years of use, the car had started to lose that clean, well-kept feel that made them love it in the first place.

They wanted to freshen it up before listing it, so they brought it into the shop for a full detail. Once the work was complete, everything changed. The paint had its depth and gloss back, the interior felt refreshed, and the car looked years newer overall.

After Dave picked it up, he and his wife changed their minds — instead of selling it, they decided they wanted to keep driving it.

Some vehicles are more than transportation — they’re something you take pride in preserving.

This week’s Customer Spotlight is Joanna from Auburn. Living in a townhome community, her HOA has made washing her vehicle at home difficult. Like many people, she tried the convenience of gas station car washes, but quickly realized they can be rough on paint and often miss the details that matter most — around the side mirrors, license plate area, and other tight spots where grime builds up.

Wanting a safer and more thorough way to maintain her vehicle, Joanna started coming in after having her car professionally ceramic coated. Since then, she’s been returning monthly for the J Package maintenance detail to keep the vehicle protected and consistently clean.

This week’s Customer Spotlight is Tracy and Jordan and this incredible 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. Tracy gifted Jordan our JAG’s Package — a full interior and exterior detail — to help preserve a truck that means a lot to their family.

With nearly 300,000 miles, this Silverado has a story to tell. It was previously owned by Jordan’s dad, and now Jordan proudly carries on its legacy.
