Cracked away on ol girl Fri night and Sat...

Designed and printed a mount for the dome control MAC valves, got the front tq mount squared away and on the car, downpipe on so I can get the radiator in place and upper mount designed then figure out WG dump.

Under Pressure Racing Development Big ass FMIC coldside lookin fresh to mf death. SpeedFactory Tuning & Fabrication Top mount holdin up the Precision Turbo & Engine nexgen 7275 And the Turbosmart
gate and BOv ready for duty.

Also ordered the rest of the stuff for the CO2 for dome control so can get plumbing finished for it and line ran to the trunk. Coolant pressure sensor in. VTEC oil swith blocked off.

Cut out rear trunk false floor for battery box and carpeted it so now all of the floor is done. box fits mint. Looks great :) Once I enclose the UCA holes we can paint the rear frame install the filter and Big daddy brushless pump plumb fuel and that gets checked off. Waiting fornthe regulator to show up.

It's starting to look Hella sweet. Sonhavevthe next frlew takes figured out and get the pass through ebrake MC done and I can buybthe last couole brake lines from my man Josh at Finishing lines.

Great progress and I'm super happy with how its all coming together like butcheeks

Got the front of the Sweet big ass FMIC blacked out mounted and Turbosmart BOV on her. Pass side axle in and front and ride height checked last night ;)

She sits good. Exactly where the math said it should!

Have tons of customer work to do this weekend so gotta take care of that but int the next..all the old whiteboard items crossed off and new tasks written down

The entire aetup looks killer

Jess came up and helped me line her up last night. Def have to drop front traction bar to get it in with or without alt bracket and manifold on I learned. Noted... :)

But she's in and mounted. Leaving halfshaft amd drivers axle as well as tcase out for now for clearance to work on atuff up on firewall and wiring behind motor but it looks pretty damn good. Haven't had a top miunt on it for a long time. def easier to work on s**t with the turbo up top. The notched and boxed front x-member is perfect 👌

Everything fit awesome. No fighting!

Tonight ill put pass side axle in it.. paint face of intercooler black and start on front driveshaft loop. Put a pressure sensor in the head where the old OEM gauge sender was.. And were gonna use the OEM Honda ECT sensor. Couple clamps on HVAC hoses and workout where we're gonna mount the t for oil pressure sender and turbo feed. Drain is done :) This weekend ill get the intercooler and piping in it and work on the top radiator mount as well as completing the battery box and trunk floor

Need to get a clutch slipper and couple mac solenoids so I can do brackets for them as well.

With the motor in I can cardboard CAD my way through the catch can puzzle which will sit on the DS just behind the PS reservoir filler and kinda step up and over the DS mount so I can get the volume to contain almost the complete oil capacity.

I can see what i want and its gonna look trick

Local guy put a l*d and master kit in his car complains of slight whining after 300 miles. popped scha off and could see the stacked were drier than the golden girls and ashy as Chris rock in new jack city...

Noted oil in bellhousing which after a cloer look revealed the moon of death. cracked almost all the way around:(

Counter bearing not clipped into place this is what happens.

Opted to pickup a new donor and swap the L*D into it as the gewrset all the new masterkit he installed and the inner case were torched :(

I'm pretty slammed for the next couple weeks but will open the gates closer to July for the next round :)

4 goin out.

Larry Taylor's Liberty cased PPG dogbox with Speedfsctory SCHA in for an inspection put through the math.. an input shaft case bearing changed and ready for more.

Kevin Kaisers Super sick K20 VW Beetle had a dog 1 2 we put in it earlier and 3 4 SET. recently and LSzd was installed but Kevin decided it was time for fogs in 3 4 so a PPG outlaw NA dog upgrade was done and GEARXUSA 5th cuff installed.

A local mean ass Ministock cars trans came in to uncheatvthe L*D out of it...

And rounding out the weekends work is Marcos B track car unit we took a clutch L*D out of and put a helical in for atreet duty. This one also has the super short close 3 4 5 in it that uses a double synchro on 3 and 4 paired to a B16 1 2 and 4.8 final drive.

All buttoned up and ready. next round of guys lined up.

Andre brought in his GEARXUSA Outlaw AWD dogbox for an inspection as iylt only had a few passes on it after we changed 2nd and a 1 2 slider after a strain setting issue.

Stated a low RPM growl... So as he planned on beating on it this weekend he did want anyone with 15k invested in a gearbox should do.

took it out and inspected it. This car 1.3 60 foots and has 50 pass on this gearset.

All we found wrong was the input shaft bearing was super chunky.

Had him bring it up to daddy for a look see changed the bearing out and he's ready to rip this weekend :)

Dre aday in for an inspection as lastbtime car went out after continued 1.30 60 foots developed a bit of a low pitch growl.. Inoutbshaft bearing a little hurt. Inspected replaced and off to Oregon for some rela stickshift s**t.



Volvo power steering install done now that lines are complete... Front end complete.Waiting for the brake stuff to show ...

Waiting for the brake stuff to show up to start lines to back off car and pass through ebrake setup... So this weekend I'll get the car cleaned up inside and pedals in it to finish that off.

I need to degree the damn cams in the motor so I can get the motor and trans innthe car lol.

Stuck the intercooler on her to see if i had to paint more than the face black for visibility... or lack of it ;)

But just the face is plenty so well get her off tape her up and make it dissappear :)

4 Day weekend son ope to get a full day one of them onnit... But the Nova needs one too and she's been neglected too long
