You can be tough all day, but there's something about being a girl dad that brings out a softer side. ❤️

Wes and Kristen talk about how different life can look when you're balancing the demands of work with raising daughters.

At work, Wes has to make tough decisions and handle whatever the day throws at him. But when he gets home to his girls, it's a different kind of strength that matters.

Because sometimes being a strong dad means knowing when to be gentle. ❤️

Being upside down on your vehicle can feel like there's no way out. 🚗💰

Jared talks about how rebates and discounts on a new vehicle can sometimes help offset negative equity and give buyers a chance to move forward.

Every situation is different, and getting out of a tough spot isn't always as simple as trading vehicles. But understanding your options can make a big difference.

Because sometimes a fresh start begins with knowing what's possible. ❤️

Sometimes the most important conversations at work have nothing to do with work. ❤️

When Kristen gets to the dealership, she makes it a point to check in with the team.

Not just to see how things are going at the store, but to ask about their families, their kids, and what's happening in their lives.

Because the people who make up Glover Auto Family are more than just employees. They're people we care about.

And sometimes being a good leader starts with simply asking how someone's doing. ❤️

Friendly reminder: don't ignore those weird car noises, vibrations, or a heater that just won't heat. 👀🔧

Getting kids out the door for school is usually a race against the clock. 😂

But after FCA provided Bibles to the football team, one morning looked a little different.

Instead of rushing out the door, one of the players was sitting on the couch reading his Bible. ❤️

Sometimes the smallest moments remind us why investing in the next generation matters.

Jared and Brennan share more about the impact of FCA Oklahoma on the Like a Rock podcast.

Sometimes taking care of a customer means doing a little more than fixing their truck. ❤️

Mazen, our GM at Jim Glover Chevrolet, sat down with Jared and Kristen to share a story about a customer whose truck broke down after a horse show.

They had horses that needed to get home, and waiting around for repairs wasn't an option.

So our team loaned them a truck to get their horses home safely while we worked on theirs.

No complicated solution. Just people helping people when they needed it most.
Because taking care of our customers doesn't stop when something goes wrong. That's when it matters most. ❤️

Some days, being a dad means finding a little energy you didn't think you had left. ❤️

Jared and Lauren talk about the challenge of coming home after a long, stressful day at work and remembering that your kids have been waiting all day to see you.

They don't know everything you've dealt with. They just know Dad's home, and they're ready to spend time with him.

It's not always easy to shift gears, but those moments matter.

Because your kids deserve the best of you, not just what's left of you. ❤️

A little sibling rivalry makes dove season even more entertaining. 😂🕊️

Two Glover boys, one friendly competition, and one brother who got the first shot!

Jared couldn't help but laugh watching it all unfold. Sometimes the best part of a hunting trip isn't the hunt itself, it's the memories you make along the way.

Something tells us this competition is far from over. 😂❤️

Wes and Kristen know that marriage isn't always about agreeing on everything.

There are moments when stubbornness gets in the way, when emotions run high, and when being right feels more important than making things right.

But they've learned that taking the time to listen, show grace, and choose love can make all the difference.

Because at the end of the day, it's not about winning the argument. It's about choosing each other. ❤️

Sometimes the best way to improve is to listen to the people you're serving. ❤️

Jared shares how honest feedback from a customer made us take a closer look at the way we do things and ultimately change our process.

It's not always easy hearing what you could've done better, but those conversations matter.

Because taking care of people isn't about getting everything right the first time. It's about being willing to listen, learn, and do better.

That's how trust is built. ❤️
