We have one long-term rv lot that will be available August 1. We provide water, sewer and dumpster on-site. Electric is paid by rv owner thru 1st Electric. Rent is $250 a month with 12 month lease. There are fire pits on each site as well as a recreation area with fire pit and chairs. Noq bathrooms so rv must be self contained and in good condition. We don't care about the age of rv if it is in good shape. We are located in Tumbling Shoals one mile from Greers Ferry Lake.
