One thing you'll never see me cut corners on is the floor system.

Most people look at the paint color, windows, or roof style. I look at what's underneath.

That's why I use:
✔ Treated floor joists
✔ 16" on-center framing
✔ 23/32" Advantech flooring
✔ Block foundations designed for the site

Nobody gets excited about a floor system until it starts sagging. I'd rather build it right the first time.

Another project wrapped up on Lake Palestine! 🔨

This custom 12×16 shed was designed to provide secure golf cart storage while still leaving plenty of room for a workbench and weekend projects. We added two windows facing the lake to bring in natural light and make the space more enjoyable to use.

Alongside it, we built a matching 4×4 utility shed to house the electrical equipment serving the boat dock and sprinkler system.

This project required coordination with the HOA for boat dock access, and we made sure to keep the property secure by keeping the gates locked as we came and went throughout the build.

Out with the old, in with the new.

This week we tore down an old shed and cleaned up the site to get it ready for a brand-new 12x16’ shed next week.

A lot of people think they need the perfect spot before getting a new shed, but sometimes all it takes is removing an old structure and starting fresh.

This one is going to be a fun transformation. 👀

We're getting ready to tear down this old 13x24' storage building and the aging 6x4 pump house that have both seen better days.

In their place, we'll be building a brand-new 12x16' custom shed positioned better on the property, along with a new 4x4' pump house to protect the equipment for years to come.

This project sits on beautiful Lake Palestine in Chandler, TX, and the views aren't bad either. 🌊

Stay tuned as we document the demolition, rebuild, and final result. It's going to be a major upgrade in both appearance and functionality.

Not every shed project has easy access.

This custom pump house shed replacement in Hollytree, required us to carry every piece of material into the backyard by hand and remove all of the old shed debris the same way. No heavy equipment, no torn-up grass, and no damage to the landscaping.

The old structure was leaking, settling, and no longer providing the protection the pool equipment needed. We replaced it with a custom-built shed designed to keep everything protected while looking right at home with the property.
