Qualified candidates must have FHA property preservation experience, at least one year of office experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills. A high school diploma or equivalent, background check, and drug screening are required.

Hiregy is hiring experienced CPhTs for a fully remote opportunity starting October 20.
This role is for pharmacy technicians who understand what happens beyond the prescription counter.

You’ll help members, providers, and pharmacies resolve questions involving prescription claims, medication costs, formulary coverage, prior authorizations, mail-order services, and pharmacy benefits.
You’ll also support clinical pharmacists with patient outreach, appointment scheduling, program enrollment, and medication adherence.

The opportunity:
💻 Fully remote, excluding NY, CA, NJ and WA
💰 $21 per hour
📅 Five-month contract through April 2027
⭐ Potential to become permanent based on performance and attendance
🗓️ Multiple schedules available
🕗 Shift start times range from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. EST
To qualify, you’ll need:
✅ Active CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA
✅ Three years of recent pharmacy experience
✅ Working knowledge of claims adjudication
✅ Call center experience
✅ A private workspace and reliable high-speed internet

Training runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST for approximately four weeks. Full attendance is required during training, and candidates must be available throughout January 2027.

Funding and workforce needs rarely move on the same timeline.

A 211 or 988 organization can wait months for funding approval, then be expected to recruit, train and schedule a team in weeks.

Waiting for final approval to start workforce planning puts the operation behind before the program even begins.

That does not mean hiring before funding exists. It means knowing in advance:

• Which roles and shifts will be needed
• How many people can realistically be trained at once
• What changes if funding renews, ends or demand exceeds expectations
• Where flexible staffing can reduce long-term risk

The goal is not perfect certainty. It is flexibility.

Make the workforce model match the funding model.
