Congratulations to Lakesha & Marion McMillian of Louisville on their beautiful 2018 INFINITI Q50 — and even more special, this is vehicle #2 from Select Auto!

Lakesha and Marion are genuinely two of the sweetest people you could ever meet, and it means so much to Brad and me when customers make the drive back to Frankfort and trust our little family business again.

We always appreciate when customers make the drive to Frankfort to shop with our small family business. Dorothy came to us through a referral from April Briscoe, and there really is no better compliment for a small family-owned business than when someone trusts us enough to send a friend or family member our way.

There’s something especially meaningful when a customer drives past plenty of other dealerships to come see us. Lady Wade made the trip from Elizabethtown to Frankfort—more than an hour away—to pick up this beautiful 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Sahara. ❤️

And on a day like today, she couldn’t have picked a better vehicle. This Wrangler has the Sky One-Touch power top, so with the push of a button she can open it up and enjoy the sunshine on the drive home. ☀️🛻

At Select Auto, Brad Taylor and I have built our business around making the preowned car-buying process different. We don’t believe in pushy salespeople, games, or wasting someone’s afternoon at a dealership. Brad handles so much of the day-to-day customer experience while I focus heavily on finding and buying the right vehicles, and together we try to make everything as simple and straightforward as possible.

Casey Hall of Ashland, Kentucky with his 2021 Jeep Gladiator

Some vehicles just stand out from the moment they hit the lot, and this 2021 Jeep Gladiator was definitely one of them. Lifted, aggressive, and full of personality, this was a very special truck and the perfect fit for Casey.

We were honored that Casey made the trip from Ashland, Kentucky to Frankfort to pick it up. It means a lot when someone drives a few hours to do business with us, and it’s a reminder that people will travel for the right vehicle and the right experience.

This one is special. ❤️

Congratulations to Jayvin Valdez of Frankfort on his 2018 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2!

Over the past few months, we’ve gotten to know the Valdez family well. Jayvin’s parents, Freddie and Corinne own Tropical Transmissions, which operates out of the shop behind Select Auto. They moved to Frankfort from Maui, Hawaii a few years ago, and it has been incredible watching them build their family business here.

They truly do it together. Freddie, Corinne and their family are there early, stay late, and work side-by-side almost every day taking care of their customers and handling transmission repairs and replacements.

There’s something especially meaningful to us about watching another husband, wife and their children build a business together. It reminds us so much of our own family and the way we work together through Select Auto, Neat Down South, emjewelryco. and southerngraceneedlepointco.!

Their hard work, dedication and togetherness are a great example of what small family business is all about.

And we’re especially proud of Jayvin, who is involved in ROTC and plans to serve in the military. Thank you, Jayvin, for choosing that path of service. 🇺🇸

This is one of those sales that reminds Brad and me why we love what we do.

James and Katie started their search the way so many people do today — online. They weren’t just looking for any Jeep; they were looking for the right one. Somehow that search brought them all the way from Indiana to our little family-owned dealership here in Frankfort, Kentucky.

That means a lot to us.

This one is especially meaningful to us — this makes vehicle #4 that David and his wife Corrinne Rose have purchased from Select Auto.

Long before David became one of our best customers, he was actually one of the best auto technicians we ever had working in our repair shop. So we’ve known David and Corrinne for a long time, and it’s been pretty special watching their family grow over the years.

They have a beautiful family with two kids who just headed back to school, and we’re incredibly grateful that after all these years they continue to trust Brad and me when it’s time for another vehicle.
