Position: Wire Harness Assembly Technician
Location: Urbana, IA
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

Jolt Systems LLC designs, manufactures and installs wire harness systems and electrical components for high performance, competitive racing and heavy duty / off-highway applications.
Attitude and willingness to learn is key over experience. We will hire the right candidate with limited experience and train within.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
• Work directly with company leadership / product development team to efficiently construct and produce wire harness products from engineering drawings and schematics.
• Work directly with leadership and production teams to follow and to help drive standardized processes and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and solutions relative to production, testing and quality control initiatives.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:
• Team player attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and wire harness schematics.
• Ability to follow routing / production processes and BOM structure.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Genuine interest and familiarity with automotive, motorsports and / or truck and agricultural equipment.
