We don’t sell repairs - We sell TRANSPARENCY.

Most people leave a repair shop with an invoice and a promise. We think you deserve more.

At Heads Diesel & Auto, your repair experience doesn’t end when we leave your driveway — and your vehicle’s information is never locked away behind a service counter.

Your personal customer portal gives you 24/7 access to inspection reports, photos of your vehicle’s actual findings, technician notes, repair recommendations, and service history.

Request service, review findings, and approve repairs online. See what we see. Understand what we recommend. Decide what makes sense for you.

No guessing. No pressure to approve repairs you don’t understand. No wondering what was actually done.

We’re not just bringing the mechanic to you. We’re bringing YOU behind the scenes.

On today’s episode of: WTF am I buying?

Customer brought Austin along to look at a potential new ride.

The scanner had some concerns.

We opened the hood.

The wiring explained why. 😂

Apparently this truck came with a few free passengers who were really into electrical work. 🐀🔧

Luckily, Austin had his wire repair kit with him and had everything sorted out in under 5 minutes.

No more codes.
No more misfires.
Truck runs right.

Customer: saved from buying a problem.
Rodents: evicted.
Austin: mildly entertained. 😂

Always bring your mechanic. You never know what comes with the truck.

“I know a guy who can diagnose it for $40.”

You probably do—and there’s nothing wrong with that! There are a lot of great mechanics out there.

But here’s something most people don’t realize…

A diagnostic isn’t just reading fault codes or finding something that looks out of place. Modern vehicles are rolling computers with dozens of control modules, hundreds of sensors, and thousands of data points all working together.

The real skill is understanding how those systems are designed to operate so you can determine why they aren’t.

That’s why diagnostics became my specialty.

My passion for electrical and diagnostic work is what helped me earn a lead technician position at one of Tucson’s top-rated shops before the age of 25. Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours studying vehicle systems down to the component level because I believe understanding how something works is the key to fixing it right.

A proper diagnosis often saves customers money. Instead of replacing parts based on a guess, we identify the root cause first. That means fewer unnecessary repairs, less downtime, and a much higher chance of fixing the issue the first time.

At Heads Diesel & Auto, you’re not just paying for a scan tool—you’re investing in the knowledge behind the diagnosis.

Sometimes the most expensive repair is the one that starts with the cheapest quote.

If you were choosing a surgeon, would you choose the cheapest one… or the one with the knowledge and skill to get it right the first time and fix the problem in the long run?
