Automotive Technician – Full-Time
Location: Unique Auto Care, Victorville, CA
Compensation: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Saturdays 8 AM–2 PM)
About the Position
Unique Auto Care is seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician with 5+ years of professional experience and strong diagnostic abilities. We are a growing, customer‑focused repair shop in Victorville, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in accurate, honest, high‑quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate diagnostics on electrical, engine, and drivability issues
Complete repairs efficiently and professionally
Communicate findings clearly to the team and customers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow shop procedures and safety standards
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Minimum 5 years automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic knowledge (electrical, sensors, check‑engine lights, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license
Own basic tools (preferred)
Preferred Skills
Experience with modern diagnostic equipment
Knowledge of domestic and import vehicles
Ability to handle multiple repairs in a fast-paced environment
