Great review from Charlie... "Five stars simply are not enough.
Doggo throws up in my car at around 10AM.
Day *nearly* ruined. Called the first place which I won’t name, that google suggested, and they told me they were available at 4pm… Ha ha good joke.
Fortunately Excalabur was the next place I tried calling. I get an answer immediately, describe my situation to owner Joe and it turns out they have an "emergency visit" service for short notice things like this that they will immediately help with, even if they are already busy/scheduled (of course within reason)
I show up about 10 minutes after the phone call and Joe and his guys immediately got to work. Joe is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable—they have a bunch of industrial grade enzyme solutions specifically for dealing with stuff like this. After finishing the job, Joe took the time to explain to me and show me everything, what/where to look out for any stubborn bits of remaining dog-throw-up that *may* still be in hard to reach nooks and crannies of the car and to follow up with any questions, and tell me about the next step solutions if they become necessary.
Unparalleled customer service. Joe is friendly, welcoming, easy to talk to, and there to help.
