Meet the Team: Robert Flores | General Sales Manager

Robert Flores has been part of the Douglass Nissan of Waco family for over five years, and one thing you'll quickly learn about him is that he's all about building relationships, not just selling cars. Sure, he'll work hard to get you a great deal, but his real goal is to make sure you're happy enough to come back for your next vehicle... and maybe even send your friends and family his way.

Originally from Temple, Texas, Robert loves being part of the Nice Guys family and helping customers enjoy a stress-free car-buying experience. We'd LOVE for you to meet Nathaniel "Nate" Jackson, our Sales Manager at Douglass Nissan of Waco! Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Nathaniel has spent the last year and a half helping customers turn "maybe someday" into "let's drive it home today."

He genuinely believes in our motto of putting dreams in driveways. For Nathaniel, it's not about selling the fanciest vehicle. It's about helping people find a car they can afford and feel proud to own. That's what makes the job worth it.

One of his favorite things about working here? Being surrounded by a team of experienced sales consultants who know the business inside and out, making sure every customer gets knowledgeable, honest guidance.

When it comes to Nissan favorites, Nathaniel loves the sleek, all-electric Ariya for its style and surprising speed. If gas-powered is more your thing, he'll point you toward the Pathfinder without hesitation.

Outside the dealership, you'll usually find Nathaniel embracing his newest and favorite role: dad. Most of his free time is spent making memories with his son, but when his wife gives the green light, he's probably chasing a lower golf score.
