Hey, I'm just making this post to let you know I am very sorry that I don't get back to everybody on Messenger. That's why I always encourage people to call or text me, because it's hard for me to do all the things I do, And check all my Facebook messages, Check all my regular text messages, Answer every phone call and do all the stuff in between. I know a lot of you guys are gonna say oh, well, it's just a message It's just this it's just that. Well, when you get hundreds of messages every week and you're trying to run a business order parts complete work and do everything else in between it Kind of becomes difficult to respond to make everybody happy. I know a lot of you guys don't like calling and talking on the phone. Well, even though I'm a young guy, I'm old-fashioned at heart, and I like to use my words to do business. If you call me during normal business hours, 9 times out of 10 I will answer and we can discuss everything there. And if you need a quote, I will ask for your Vin number and/or license plate number. Because that's how the computer system works. I have software that helps me price jobs, and I put that information into the software program that I have. And it tells me the accurate price. Some of you want a price right off The Rip. Well, I can't get that to you if you're not willing to provide the basic information on your vehicle. So I can accurately price something. And I would rather lose a customer than just throw numbers around And make stuff up just to try to get somebody to come in the doors. I want to give everybody an accurate price. I have to be honest, or else, everything gets sideways. My business is built off of honesty and obviously great workmanship and I cannot give you guys honesty and I can't give you guys good work if I don't have the information in the first place. So if this message could spread that I don't want messages anymore on Facebook Messenger :but if you have to, please be patient: I want everybody to call me just like the good old days, that would be awesome because that's the way I can operate best. And it helps me get to everybody, because you guys are doing part of the work for me by reaching out. I want to get to every single one of you. I want to make sure everybody can get a price on a job. But I need you to call me or text me or honestly. Just send me your Vin number or license plate in the first message with the job you would like done. And then that would be the absolute most efficient thing to do, because then I can give you a price off The Rip. I know this is long and I hope everybody reads it. But this is something that is gonna help me get back to each. And every one of you as the business grows, because I am only one man Responding to hundreds of messages calls and texts every week. And I am doing my best to keep up. I know some of you probably think I don't care I know some of you probably get upset because I don't get back with you. But what people don't understand is that this is a full-time job just trying to keep up with the demand of people trying to get a quote to fix their car and trust me it's worth the wait because we're the only service like this within at least a 100 miles or more. So I appreciate all of you. I really appreciate the trust that all of you put in this business because we really do care about giving it our all and giving you the absolute best job that we're capable of giving. Without all of you, this shop wouldn't be anything. This little humble shop that came from Nothing is something now because of the people of Waco Texas and I am so very grateful for everybody here that has been a customer and supported me along the way in my dream.
