2 weeks left, planning on rolling the carpet out Monday the 2nd or Tuesday the 3rd to let settle and the ln loading more stuff in and getting set up later in the week. Planning to open the doors early Saturday Nov 7th for opening night

Here is the TENTATIVE schedule for the 26/27 season. this may change once the dates for Mid-Wisconsin Turfwars is set.

I also have some scheduled practice nights set on Wednesday nights 430pm-9pm $10 per person or $30 for a family of 3 or more

Quick changes so people can start planning

*Short course will be 13.5
*Going to try stadium truck class again 13.5
*Would like to add open 21.5

*No mini slash
*Mini B will not be run unless there are 4 or more

*Practice nights will be $10 a person or $25 for a family of 3 or more

It’s almost that time of year again, plans are moving forward for year 4 with a schedule to be released by the end of next week.

Some changes for next year include:

Aligning short course to go from 17.5 to 13.5.

After conversations at the end of the year and the additional damage to the carpet I am going to eliminate mini slash, I feel the weight of these was contributing to some of the carpet damage we we seeing at the end of the year and I am not looking to replace the carpet anytime soon

There is talks to bring back 13.5 stadium truck. This class will face a struggle to build car count for the class

I am aware that traxxas will be releasing a new slash motor and ESC, at this time that system will not be allowed until further testing can be done

I am also going to be having discussions with the village about potential practice days twice a month if feasible. This would be totally depended on getting enough people in to cover the rental fee and would run from 5-9 ISH

Gauging interest in an open 21.5 buggy class as well to align with rug burners.

Fixed timing 21.5 will not be going away

Mini B may finally be dead

May extend the track an additional lane in length this will be determined during initial setup. The sacrifice for this will be 8 pit spots on the main floor.

Reserved spots will be sold based on seniority for those who had reserved spots in the past. Those who spend countless hours helping me throughout the year will have priority since that help is crucial

Depending on Joeys work schedule I may be looking for someone to run concessions from 3-830pm on race nights. Great opportunity for a first job, cash pay dependents what joeys schedule looks like

Also potentially looking for a race director to further allow me to live a “stress free” race night. compensation can be discussed for the right time person

Last night of racing, doors will be open by noon, racing starts at 4, awards to follow with some track clean up after. Ideally like to get the wood and drivers stand out of building tonight and carpet during the week at some point, all help is appreciated
