Town of Waldoboro Waldoboro was incorporated in 1773, is situated in mid-coast Maine, with a population of over 5,000.

The Town has 73 square miles of area, making it one of the largest towns in the region, including miles of coastline and acres of forests and fields.

The Wooster Parking Lot (lot behind Community Pharmacy) will be closed between 6am - 6pm beginning Monday, June 22nd through Thursday, June 25th. This daytime closure will allow the Public Works Department to work in the lot. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please use the Kuhn parking lot across the street.

The Waldoboro Transfer Station will be closed on Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. Federal and Maine State Offices are also closed for this Federal holiday. The Transfer Station will re-open on Saturday.

We have unofficial local results for local candidates and school budget!

The write in candidate for Budget Committee will be Chris Davis.

The write in candidates for Utility Board of Trustees will be Seth Hall and Ann Leamon.

You can also request your ballot by calling the Town Clerk's Office at 832-5369 x 5, M, W & TH from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Tuesday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. or following this link to request on line https://absenteeballotrequest.sos.maine.gov/
