Walker Marine is looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to help keep our marina, yard, service, storage, pickup, delivery, and launch operations running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, can safely move boats and trailers, communicates well with a team, and is ready to jump in wherever needed.

Benefits include:

✅ $4,800/year in health insurance assistance
✅ Profit sharing
✅ Opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager role

What you’ll help with:

⚓ Moving, towing, staging, launching, and retrieving boats
🚛 Operating trucks, tractors, trailers, and authorized equipment
🛠️ Preparing boats and trailers for pickup, delivery, storage, and service
📋 Coordinating daily schedules and keeping departments updated
🤝 Supporting customers during pickups, deliveries, and launches

We’re looking for someone with strong communication, organization, follow-through, customer service skills, and practical mechanical awareness. Marine, towing, equipment, logistics, automotive, powersports, construction, or agriculture experience is helpful.

A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Seasonal weekend, early morning, evening, holiday, or extended-hour work may be needed during peak boating season.
