Woodcock Auto Body is currently accepting applications and resumes for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). CSR will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Keeping our customers informed throughout their repair is of the highest importance. Additionally responsible for light accounts receivable, administrative duties, and assisting with the shop’s day-to-day operations

Job Outline:
• Receptionist duties, greeting customers, light clerical work
• Answering incoming phone calls, update customers with repair status
• Call insurance companies to follow up on payment and status
• Navigate customer needs in a professional and polite manner
• Field questions and refer customers to appropriate person
• Schedule appointments, input customer info into computer software
• Manage inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary
• Maintain a safe and clean working area
Skills:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time
• Ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume, sometimes stressful environment
• Ability to be calm under pressure, proactive and resourceful
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional attitude and appearance
