Employee Spotlight: Scott Bartholomew 👏

Scott has been a part of the Davidson family since the early 2000s, starting out as a Parts Consultant before quickly working his way up through leadership roles across multiple stores. From Parts Manager to Parts Director, and now serving as our Sr. Fixed Operations Business Partner, Scott has played a huge role in helping grow and strengthen our Service & Parts operations across the Davidson dealerships.

Today, Scott works closely with store managers and teams to continue expanding our fixed operations departments and improving the customer experience every step of the way. His years of experience, leadership, and dedication have made a lasting impact throughout the organization.

Originally from a small town in Kansas, Scott now calls Watertown home. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him spending time with family, fishing, or riding his UTV on Tug Hill.

🏈 Favorite sports team: The Kansas City Chiefs — loyal through every high and low for over 40 years.
