Customer sent this picture of how his custom cover fits while on the lift under the boathouse. Which was part of the build factoring. It was built at the shop while on the trailer, he also wanted to be able to tow it locally with the cover on, access to the onboard charger plug, down the sides, cover around the rigging(unlike his last), & it would stay on the boat for a couple months on the lift. WeatherMax 80 & SolarFix lifetime thread were used for the build. Like all our covers we build, they’re built with the Central FL climate in mind. WeatherMax 80 doesn’t stretch, bag, & pool when wet like acrylic materials & has a 10 yr warranty on most colors. But it doesn’t breathe quite as well either, so we add extra ventilation through Boat Vent 2 tent vent’s at the apex, for air to escape, & multiple, in house designed, other vents to pull in fresh air for circulation, some around the middle & multiple lower. And as you can see we met all our goals with this beautiful, functional, & built for the long haul custom cover. These aren’t a one fit all, mass produced cover. They are built to your boat.
