Just had a customer drive off. Spoke with a gentleman yesterday very nice. Very kind. Gentleman wanted to get his back glass done on his Dodge said can you drop it off tomorrow morning at 9 o’clock with me and come pick it up at noon? He said OK he pulls in this morning. I said what can I do for you? He says I’m here to get my back glass done I said are you dropping it off? He says no I ain’t got no other ride. I’m just gonna hang out with it. I told him real nicely. I spoke with you yesterday and said you’d have to drop it off if you want to wait on it, you can call me after two and come in and hang out with it and I’ll be more than glad to let you wait on it. I do all my drop offs first in the morning. He said I got rude with them and yelled at him never raised my voice. I appreciate all my customers, especially the military without them. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today but for this guy not to follow simple instructions and I knew he understood me and I told him will go ahead and pull it on in and give me a second here and I’ll get it done for you and he was rude and drove off anyway. good luck, sir and have a nice time trying to find somebody that would do it with ceramic film at that price and if talking to you in a firm voice is yelling then I’m sorry you have a blessed day
