Job Overview

In this energetic role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment, ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction in many different automotive shops. Your expertise will help keep the customers equipment running smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the customers service department. Responsibilities

-Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various automotive equipment to identify issues accurately.
-Conduct repairs and maintenance on automotive lifts, tire machines, balancers, air and oil systems as well as various other forms of equipment vital to automotive shops.
-Execute lift inspections to ensure optimal shop safety.
-Utilize hand tools, power tools and other mechanical tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble many forms of equipment efficiently.
-Repair or replace parts as needed.
-Maintain detailed service records for each lift serviced, including parts used and repairs performed.
-Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and offering maintenance advice to clients.

Qualifications

-Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, various equipment, and other mechanical tools necessary for repairs.
-Familiarity with automotive equipment preferred but not required.
-Mechanical knowledge that supports efficient troubleshooting and repairs across various brands of equipment.
-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
