Customer brought this truck in with a concern about an unusual noise coming from underneath the vehicle. After performing a complete diagnostic inspection, we traced the issue to a failing starter motor.

Our findings showed the starter was sticking during operation, and further inspection revealed internal damage causing the motor to come apart internally. This condition can lead to intermittent starting issues and could eventually leave the vehicle unable to start.

Customer concern: The radio would intermittently turn on and off, glitch, and lose functionality while driving.

🔍 Diagnostic Process Performed
✅ Inspected all related fuses and found no blown fuses
✅ Performed a complete vehicle scan and found a “No Communication with Radio” fault code
✅ Tested system voltage and found the vehicle operating at only 12 volts with the engine running
✅ Conducted a charging system test and confirmed the alternator was producing zero output

🚨 Diagnosis
The alternator has failed and is no longer charging the vehicle’s electrical system. Without proper charging voltage, electronic modules can experience communication failures, intermittent operation, and erratic behavior such as radio glitches, warning lights, and other electrical concerns.

This Silverado came in with multiple concerns involving the exterior lighting system and A/C performance. Our technicians performed a full diagnostic inspection to pinpoint the issues and provide the customer with accurate repair recommendations.

🔧 Diagnostics & Repairs Performed:
• Diagnosed the A/C system and confirmed the condenser had failed, causing the loss of cooling performance.
• Inspected the fuse box and wiring system to trace ongoing lighting concerns.
• Replaced the bulbs in the third brake light to restore proper rear lighting visibility and safety.

⚠️ Additional Recommendations Found During Inspection:
• Fuse box replacement recommended to fully correct the remaining electrical and lighting issues.

2019 Hyundai Santa Fe back up and running ✅🔧

Customer’s vehicle arrived with a crank/no-start condition. Our technicians performed a full diagnostic inspection to locate the issue and get the vehicle operating properly again.

🛠 Diagnostic & Repair Process:
• Completed initial computer diagnostics
• Inspected the electrical system after no fault codes were stored
• Traced the issue to a blown ignition fuse
• Replaced the failed fuse and successfully restored starting operation

After repairs, the vehicle started normally and was operating properly again. ✅

🔍 During our complimentary multi-point inspection, we also found additional maintenance items that will need attention soon:

Another Mazda back on the road at JMR Fleet Services ✅🔥

This Mazda came in needing suspension and engine maintenance repairs to restore safe driving performance and stop ongoing oil leaks. Our technicians completed the following repairs:

🔧 Front Suspension Repairs
• Replaced lower control arms
• Replaced tie rods

These suspension and steering components are critical for proper handling, wheel alignment, and steering control. The worn parts were causing looseness in the steering and poor suspension performance. After replacement, the vehicle now drives smoother, tracks straighter, and has improved steering response.

🛢 Engine Repair
• Replaced valve cover gasket

The valve cover gasket had begun leaking oil due to age and wear. Oil leaks from this gasket can create burning oil smells, mess up engine components, and eventually lead to bigger issues if ignored. The new gasket properly seals the engine and prevents further oil leakage.

Another classic truck getting the attention it deserves at JMR Fleet Services 🔧🔥

Completed major repairs and diagnostics on this 2000 GMC 6.2 to improve safety, reliability, and overall drivability.

✅ Rewired cooling fans
✅ Replaced lighting components
✅ Installed new A/C condenser
✅ Completed front & rear brake service with new rotors

During the repair process, we discovered multiple seized brake calipers affecting braking performance and safety. After completing the initial repairs, we performed a secondary diagnostic inspection to identify additional issues that still need attention.

Current recommendations include:
• Front & rear brake calipers
• Outer tie rods
• Sway bar bushings
• Rear tail light bulbs
• Further A/C system diagnostics due to no power to the unit
