Our customer needed rear brake repairs, so JMR Fleet Services brought the shop to them with a mobile service call.

✅ Replaced the left rear brake rotor, brake pads, brake caliper, and electronic parking brake (EPB) module
✅ Replaced the right rear brake rotor due to wear
✅ Reset and calibrated the electronic parking brake system
✅ Inspected the entire rear brake system for proper installation and operation
✅ Road tested the vehicle to verify safe braking performance and proper EPB function

This F-150 came into the shop with a loud whining noise coming from the engine. After a thorough diagnosis, we found both turbochargers had excessive shaft play and required replacement.

✅ Replaced the valve cover gasket after a failed seal allowed engine oil to leak into the spark plug wells.
✅ Replaced the ignition coil and spark plug on cylinder #2, which had been contaminated by the oil leak.

Another customer back on the road without the hassle of a tow! Our customer experienced a no-start condition at home, so we brought the repair shop directly to their driveway.

After performing a complete diagnostic of the starting system, we confirmed the starter assembly had failed. We removed the faulty starter, installed a new quality replacement, verified all electrical connections, and tested the system multiple times to ensure reliable operation.

The truck now starts perfectly and is back in service—all completed at the customer’s residence.

🔧 Repairs Performed:
✔️ Replaced the passenger side CV axle shaft to eliminate the turning noise and restore proper drivetrain operation.
✔️ Replaced the front stabilizer links due to excessive wear, improving suspension performance and vehicle stability.

🔧 Mobile Repair Completed | 2012 Ford Expedition 🚐

Another customer back on the road! We completed a mobile service call at Pueblo Tires in La Feria for a 2012 Ford Expedition with an ignition key that was stuck and would not release while the vehicle was in Park.

After performing a complete diagnostic of the ignition and shifter system, we found the shifter assembly had failed internally. Because the transmission was not properly recognizing the Park position, the ignition interlock kept the key locked inside the ignition cylinder.

✅ Replaced the faulty shifter assembly
✅ Restored proper park/interlock operation
✅ Road tested and verified the key releases normally

Not every “stuck key” is caused by the ignition cylinder. Proper diagnostics save time and prevent unnecessary parts replacement.

This 2018 Nissan Rogue came into the shop with two customer concerns:

✅ Clicking noises coming from the front suspension while driving and turning
✅ Loud vibration noise inside the dashboard whenever the A/C or heater was turned on

After a complete inspection, our technician found several worn front suspension and steering components causing the noise and affecting the vehicle’s handling and ride quality.

🛠️ Repairs Performed:
• Replaced front lower control arms
• Replaced front struts
• Replaced front stabilizer links
• Replaced outer tie rods
• Replaced failed blower motor assembly

The worn suspension components had excessive play, which was creating the clicking noises and could have led to poor handling, uneven tire wear, and additional suspension damage over time.

The blower motor had failed internally, causing a loud vibration noise behind the dashboard whenever the climate control system was operating. A new blower motor was installed to restore proper airflow and quiet operation of the A/C and heating system.

✅ Vehicle was thoroughly tested after repairs.
✅ Suspension noise eliminated.
✅ HVAC system operating properly.

This Chevy Colorado came in with fuel delivery issues affecting engine performance and reliability. Our technicians removed and replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter to restore proper fuel pressure and fuel flow to the engine.

After completing the repairs, we performed system testing and verified that the fuel system is operating properly and the vehicle is running as intended. ✅

As part of our complimentary multipoint inspection, we also identified that the two-piece driveshaft center support bearing and seal are severely worn. We recommended replacement to help prevent driveline vibrations, premature component wear, and potential future breakdowns.
