You do not need an appointment to get an estimate. Estimate are only written Tuesday throught Thursday from 9 a.m unti 4 p.m.However, if you cannot make it during our regular business hours, please call 803-796-4616 so that we can make an appointment at your convenience. ESTIMATES
Working with insurance companies can be challenging. If you are working with an insurance company, please bring the estimate they provided with you to your appointment (and any other estimates you may have from other body shops). THE INSURANCE PROCESS
Insurance companies will send an adjuster to the vehicle to evaluate the damage and write an estimate. This estimate can be provided to the body shop of your choice. This estimate authorizes the shop to begin work. If additional damage is found that is outside of the estimate, the shop should contact the insurance company and deal with them for approval and supplemental payment. CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHOP
Just because a shop is on an insurance company’s direct repair program does not mean they are a better shop. Remember, you have the right to choose any auto body repair shop that you want to repair your vehicle. Choose a shop that you feel comfortable with and that clearly explains their warranty.
