On Friday, October 16, 2026, HTGP's Benefits Department hosted a blood drive onsite with Life South! 85 Team Members attempted to donate with 56 successful donations collected. With these donations 174 lives will be impacted and potentially saved through HTGP's team support! With Life South all donations stay local, helping patients in our surrounding communities.

I am nominating Tia DeNeal for Salary Employee of the Quarter because in a short amount of time she has demonstrated strong leadership, sound decision making and a clear commitment to learning the Assembly process. Tia has quickly gained the respect of those around her by taking ownership of her responsibilities, making strict but fair decisions when needed and maintaining a positive attitude toward continuous improvement. Her eagerness to understand every area of the Assembly operation shows her dedication, not only to her own growth but also to supporting the success of the team. Tia consistently leads by example, remains focused on process discipline and has shown the ability to step up, guide others and contribute to the overall performance of the depatrment.

Doris is being nominated for Employee of the Quarter because of her outstanding hard work, positive attitude and strong commitment to learning her role. She has shown exceptional dedication while working with our EOL testers, taking the initiative to learn and better understand the equipment, process and importance of the testing function. Her willingness to ask questions, stay engaged and continue improving has made a positive impact on the team and the overall operation.

Marcus is very dependable and reliable when it comes to asking him to do different tasks around the machining department. He has also started learning non-machining line and helps there on a daily basis. He is also willing to train new operators without leadership asking him to do this. Also, Marcus has a great work environment attitude, gets along with everyone and always gets the job done. This is why I think he would make a good candidate for this quarter.
