A Special Thank You to Mark

Some people come into your life and become more than friends—they become family. That’s exactly who Mark is to us.

Most people know Mark as Michael’s friend, but around here he’s so much more than that. He’s the guy who shows up when something needs to be done, runs parts when we’re in a pinch, rides on long distance tow calls with Michael just for the company and laughs, helps around the office, gives the guys shop advice and never hesitates to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.

What means the most to us is that Mark genuinely cares about the people here. If he knows Michael or the ladies are closing by themselves, he’ll make sure he’s around. Not because anyone asks him to, but because that’s just the kind of person he is. He wants to make sure everyone gets home safely and has an extra set of hands if they’re needed.

In a world where people are often too busy to help, Mark continues to show up. He steps in when needed, steps up when things get tough, and never asks for recognition.

Well, except maybe in the form of a muffin or a homemade pie. 🥧🧁

Mark, thank you for your friendship, your loyalty, and for always looking out for us. We appreciate you more than you know, and we’re blessed to have you as part of our Modr’s family.

Meet Quinton, better known around the shop as “Crush!” 💪🚚🔧

If you’ve ever seen one of our tow trucks rolling through town, there’s a good chance Crush was behind the wheel. As one of our trusted tow truck operators, he helps customers when they need us most—whether it’s a breakdown, accident recovery, or roadside emergency.

But that’s not all. Around the shop, Crush is also known as our tire man! From mounting and balancing to repairs and replacements, he keeps our customers rolling safely down the road. No job is too big or too small, and he’s always ready to jump in wherever he’s needed.

Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help, Crush is an important part of the Modr’s Service Center family. He works hard behind the scenes to make sure our customers receive the dependable service they’ve come to expect.

We’re proud to have Quinton on our team and grateful for everything he does for our customers and community.

Family is more than a last name—it’s the people who work beside you, support you, and help build something special.

At Modr’s Service Center, that family starts with Michael, owner of Modr’s Service Center and a lifelong part of the business. Working alongside him is his stepdaughter, Joyce, who serves as our General Manager, helping oversee the day-to-day operations and ensuring our customers receive the care and service they deserve.

Completing the team is Abby, Michael’s step-granddaughter and our Service Manager, who helps keep the shop running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.

Together, we’re a blended family united by hard work, dedication, and a shared commitment to our community. While our family tree may look a little different, our values remain the same—treating every customer like family and providing honest, dependable service.
