Today’s Special is
FISH TACOS with rice and beans and Pico de Gallo

I know we did them last week but they are on the Menu for today too.

I’m discovering that people in Wewoka don’t really know what a fish taco is

I make my own batter with Flour, Beer, mustard (for color, not flavor)

We cut our fish into 4ths and batter the quarters and fry.

Once cooked, it goes on a corn tortilla, smothered in my “special” tangy sauce, we put shredded cabbage and pico on it.

Fish tacos are the perfect summer lunch. It’s light and fresh.

We will be selling the tacos individually if you’d like to try
one.

Happy Friday Everyone!!

Bad news though, we are temporarily closed today 😢.

The canopy is struggling to stay in the air and she’s needs some “medical” attention, as we wait for the canopy doctors to arrive… it’s not safe to be open.

Anyone who knows me, knows I never close the store. So this here is historical 😜.

We’re going to use this time to do a deep clean and make this old girl sparkle 💖
