Out on the road helping one of our customers get back up and running! 💪

Today, we assisted with a minor air line repair, getting their truck back up and running without the need for a tow!

Our road service truck is ready to respond when you run into unexpected issues on the road. We’ll come to you and help get you back to business!

Helping out one of our customers after their trailer was struck at a loading dock. Due to the impact, the landing gear bent, causing the trailer to fall onto its nose and sustain further damage to the landing gear.

We dispatched our rotator to lift and support the trailer while one of our wreckers hooked up and prepared it for transport.

At the customer’s request, our road service truck also removed the damaged landing gear so the trailer could be safely transported.

Once everything was secured and ready to go, the trailer was towed away.

Another job safely handled by our team! 💪

INCIDENT RESPONSE — MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH

Earlier this morning, we received a call to assist with the recovery of a boat that had collided with a sea wall and overturned.

After receiving the call, we immediately dispatched our rotator and dive team to the scene. Upon arrival, our team found the boat stranded along the sea wall, back upright but heavily damaged.

Our dive team went aboard the vessel and rigged everything necessary for our rotator operator to safely hoist the boat over the sea wall. Once successfully recovered, the boat was placed into transport position on a boat trailer and prepared to be towed away.

A big thank you to our crew for braving the stormy weather along the coastline to get the job done safely and efficiently. 🌊💪

As we continue to grow, having our fleet on the road and moving 24/7 is a necessity! Not only for our fleet, but for every fleet of trucks out there on the road.

We are excited to welcome our first Mobile Repair Unit to the fleet!

This truck will not only be able to assist our own guys (because yes, tow trucks need saving sometimes too!), but also any other customers who may need assistance on the road.

Express Towing is looking to add additional dispatchers to our growing team!

Our dispatchers are the center of our operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This position is fast-paced, customer-focused, and requires strong teamwork and communication skills.

As a dispatcher, you will:
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Dispatch and communicate with drivers
• Handle AAA service calls
• Process credit card transactions
• Coordinate with customers, police departments, and roadside assistance providers

We provide service to many communities for AAA, numerous local police departments, and two State Police barracks. It’s often organized chaos, so the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is a must!
