A car that won’t start in the morning doesn’t always have a bad battery.

This Mercedes came to us after the owner noticed starting issues. During inspection, we found a much bigger problem — water inside the cabin.

The cause? A clogged sunroof drain. Water had been collecting under the carpet for a long time, soaking electrical components and causing corrosion.

What starts as a small drainage issue can turn into expensive electrical repairs if ignored.

If you notice:
• damp carpets
• foggy windows from the inside
• musty smells in the cabin
• random electrical issues

it’s worth checking before the damage spreads.

This vehicle came in with much more than one problem.
🔧 A damaged intake manifold
🔧 Oil leaks in multiple areas of the engine
🔧 Oil covering components, including the alternator
🔧 Damaged wiring protection
🔧 Coolant expansion tank and bleed line issues
The interesting part?
Many of these problems develop slowly. A small leak today can turn into a much bigger repair tomorrow if ignored.
That’s why a proper inspection matters. Sometimes the issue you came in for is only the beginning of the story.

BMW ownership starter pack:
✅ Incredible driving experience
✅ Perfect handling
✅ You look back at it every time you park

Also BMW ownership:
🚨 Check Engine Light
🚨 Random warning message
🚨 Tow truck on speed dial

But somehow... after all the repairs, stress, and questionable financial decisions, BMW owners still buy another BMW.

Because some relationships are toxic.

And some are just German. 😅

Buying a car from an auction can save money… or turn into a very expensive surprise.

This Prius came in for an inspection because the customer was worried about possible damage underneath the car. Auctions often move vehicles around with forklifts, and that can bend panels, damage wiring, or even affect suspension components.

We checked:
• underbody condition
• wiring and mounting points
• suspension area
• signs of forklift damage

Good news — only minor cosmetic damage underneath, nothing serious.

That’s why a post-auction inspection matters.
A car can look perfect on top and still hide problems underneath.

Nothing feels more dangerous
than turning the key after putting everything back together 😭

And when it starts on the FIRST try…

suddenly we become master technicians for the next 5 minutes 💀🔧

Every mechanic knows this feeling.

Customer thought the transmission was gone…
but the real problem was way smaller — and way cheaper.

This 2016 Chrysler Town & Country came in on a tow truck with a loud grinding noise and almost no movement.
At first, it sounded like a transmission failure.

Turns out the inner CV joint on the right axle completely fell apart.

That’s why the van:
• made loud noises when shifting into drive
• barely moved forward or backward
• felt like the transmission was slipping

Good reminder:
Not every scary noise means a blown transmission.
Sometimes it’s an axle or CV joint that failed first.

POV: your engine after a “quick drive” in summer traffic 😭🔥

That cooling fan fighting for its life after:
“Don’t worry bro, it’s only 30 minutes away.”

Replacing the intake manifold on a Mercedes C300 🔧

A lot of people don’t realize symptoms like:
• rough idle
• loss of power
• check engine light
• worse fuel economy

can come from the intake system.

This job also included new filters, gaskets, and a full cleanup before reassembly to make sure everything seals properly and runs smooth again.

Mercedes came in with an ignition lock issue — car wouldn’t start properly.

After repairing the ignition system, we moved on to another common problem on these engines: the intake manifold.

A failing intake manifold can cause:
• rough idle
• loss of power
• vacuum leaks
• check engine light

We removed the old manifold, cleaned everything thoroughly, and replaced all seals and gaskets before installing the new assembly.
