We had a customer complain about one of our service techs today… but not because of his work!

Apparently, Jeremy Smith is his go-to technician, and his only complaint was that when he asked Jeremy for an AMR hat, Jeremy told him he’d have to contact the office! 🤣🧢

Well, we handled that complaint real quick! We didn’t just send him ONE hat… we sent him TWO! 😂

When your biggest complaint is not getting a hat, we’d say Jeremy is doing something right! 💪🔧
