We are testing out an AI Receptionist for when we are unable to get to the phone while helping other customers, on the other line, or outside of normal business hours. We have tested the system in house and it is very helpful. The AI Receptionist will gather all the information, then we will reach out to confirm the appointment, when we are available. Hopefully this helps our customers as much as we think it will. Feedback on the program is encouraged, good or bad.

Over the past few years, we have repaired a lot of Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep 3.6 V6 engines, due to camshaft rocker arm failure. If you have a 2012+ Chrysler V6 and hear a ticking noise from your engine, give us a call to schedule an appointment to have it checked. If caught early enough, it COULD save a camshaft replacement.

These photos show the rocker arm wear, which will then ultimately cause camshaft lobe wear and bigger problems, if not caught in time. Chrysler redesigned the rocker arms, but the same problem still occurs.

I think the cold weather is finally over and the summer heat is upon us. Is your car's A/C blowing cold? If not, we can fix that for you. We now have the capabilities of recharging the new refrigerant in the 2016+ vehicles also.

Yesterday the racing world lost one of the best. Kyle Busch was an amazing driver and will be missed. My brother had the pleasure of working for Kyle for a few years at KBM. We even had their hauler stop by the shop in 2021, which was an awesome surprise. RIP Kyle!!!
